This program keeps a list of the web sites that want to exchange links. The list tells you what the site is about and who they want to exchange links with.
The list is kept in a database to protect it from e-mail spiders. To see the list, you must join.
The program comes with the ability for the program owner to delete any record in the database by using their password.
This script can be used on a Unix or Window Server.
